Volunteer

Fulfill community service hours. Our annual Shirley Mae Run & Michael J. Walk, held the Saturday before Mother’s Day, attracts 2,000 – 2,500 participants and spectators. Volunteers are always needed to assist with many elements of the event, including registration, t-shirt distribution, water stops, and more. Be a part of a truly inspirational event. Host a Fundraiser

There are many creative ways in which you can host your own Fundraiser, any time of the year, to benefit the Shirley Mae Fund. During Breast Cancer Awareness Month many businesses and individuals held Raffles, a Dress-Down Day, a Pink Angels Night, sold pink hair extensions and took cash register donations, to name a few.
